The WeatherFile Mobile Unit provides the means of connecting weather sensors via GSM to WeatherFile.com. The WeatherFile data is accessed by any internet network connected pc, tablet or smart phone. Data is viewable on WeatherFile.com (talk to us if you prefer viewing your data via your own website).
Data is also directly accessible from the WMU's own WiFi on a local display page via its own IP address. The WMU has a micro SDHD card for long term storage of data and data backup if required.
• Mobile network transfer of wind and weather data to WeatherFile.com
• Display on WeatherFile.com viewable on any internet connected device
• WMU provides Wi-Fi to enable access to a local data display page
• Logs wind and weather data
• Compatible with WindSonic, MaxiMet & MetPak & other RS232 sensors
• Rugged IP67 compact enclosure with push fit IP67 connectors
The WMU is the heart of the FlexiMet GSM Weather System. By selecting your choice of Windsonic, Maximet or MetPak sensor, your ideal FlexiMet GSM system is easily configured. There is a diverse range of accessories such as alarms (audible and visual) and displays available.
The WMU's electronics are contained in a tough weatherproof (IP67) enclosure with high quality connectors for ease of installation. The compact design provides minimal windage.
If you need to keep your data private (such as commercially sensitive data) or the data is not applicable to the rest of the world, a log in to your private area on the WeatherFile.com site can be provided via SSL secure log in.
If you need help specifying the relevant wind system to integrate with the WMU, we have a range of sensors that can fit your needs, as well as a diverse range of accessories such as alarms and displays.
