The Kestrel 5500FW Fire Weather Meter Pro has NIST-traceable accuracy as standard with probability of ignition (PIG) and fine dead fuel moisture (FDFM) measurements displayed directly on screen with graphing. It will log over 10,000 sets of time-stamped data from the moment you arrive on location.

Optional LiNK wireless connectivity allows seamless data transfer to the Kestrel LiNK app (available on Android) via the Kestrel LiNK Dongle to a PC for analysis. With the Non LiNK version data can be transferred using the waterproof USB Data Transfer Cable.

Mil-SPEC-810G drop tested with an IP67 waterproof rating the Kestrel 5500FW is designed and constructed specifically for the firefighting market, a five year warranty and certificate of conformity come as standard.

All K5500FW models are offered as a complete 'bundle' package with large collapsible tripod, vane, mount, USB Data Transfer Cable or LiNK Dongle and Nitelze carry case - the perfect solution for unmanned environmental monitoring.
